To find a mail order pharmacy using the online search tool, follow these instructions:
In the Provider Information box,
- Under the Type of Provider menu, choose "pharmacy"
- Under the Pharmacy Type menu, choose "mail-order"
In the Location box,
- Under the State menu, choose "any"
- Select the "Search" button
